Faster construction time frames, low initial investment and a lower maintenance cost are all factors that have attracted all aspects of the construction industry to move towards the age of smarter pre-engineered buildings. With the industry booming at a dramatic pace, many companies are now picking this new-age option of engineering to ensure their buildings resonate class and are intelligently laid out. These buildings also offer flexibility of easier expansion in the future and promises a fast return on investment. Our experiences confirm that the utilization of pre-engineered buildings provides an economical advantage over conventional concrete structures as well as hot rolled structures. New-age architects are today consciously turning towards pre-engineered building systems as an alternative way of saving time and financial resources to accomplish projects within shorter time frames.
Cold rolled can also be employed to produce almost any desired shape to any desired length. Further pre-galvanised or pre-coated metals can be formed, so that it has high resistance to corrosion, besides the smoother surface finish. Further all conventional jointing methods like riveting, bolting, welding and adhesives can be employed. The biggest benefit of going by this process is the high strength to weight ration that is achieved in cold-rolled products.
Our factory finished insulated cladding system consists of advanced sandwich panels that offer the most commercially efficient insulation in the industry in this region. EESF’s sandwich roof and wall panels enable you to complete the structure swiftly and easily than any other traditional cladding products.
Our sandwich panels consist of an outer metal profile, an inner metal liner sheet and a core of polyurethane foam of average density 35 kg/m3. EESF’s C-Purlins have highly accurate holes, thereby reducing the fixing time. Further our C-Purlins holes are punched online by PLC controlled press and are available with depths ranging from 120 mm, 150 mm, 180 mm, 210 mm and 258 mm.
EESF’s clad panels are crimp-curved to a minimum radius of 150 mm. Our clad systems offer curved fascias, eaves and ridges that are designed as per the client’s specifications and allow you to choose your own design.
